Our Organization
Caregivers Asha Society is a registered non-profit organization based in Jodhpur, India.
Dr. Arvind Mathur started this civil society in 2019, while dedicatedly caring for his loving wife, Dr. Asha.
The organization is committed to supporting, empowering, and advocating for caregivers. Our mission is to enhance caregiving practices by offering education, resources, and support to those who provide essential care. We acknowledge the emotional, physical, and financial challenges caregivers endure. Our mission is to provide them with the essential guidance, training, and recognition they deserve.
The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something.

- स्थानीय और राज्य स्तर पर देखभालकर्ताओं (वृद्धजन एवं रोगियों की देखभाल में संलग्र व्यक्ति) की आवश्यकता और उन्हें समर्थन हेतु आवश्यक कार्य ।
- परिवार, स्वयंसेवक और पेशेवर देखभालकर्त्ताओं के साथ जुड़े तनाव और बोझ कम करने हेतु साक्ष्य आधारित अनुसंधान एवं विभिन्न कार्यक्रम का विकास ।
- देखभाल हेतु शैक्षिक आवश्यकता के लिए देखभालकर्ताओं हेतु विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों का विकास ।
- देखभालकर्ता कार्यक्रमों में प्रशिक्षण और प्रमाणन ।
- अनुसंधान, सामाजिक और शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमों के लिए आवश्यक धन जुटाने के लिए राज्य स्तर पर संस्था की अन्य शाखाएं विकसित ।
- व्यावहारिक सहायता, सहयोग और जानकारी के साथ पारिवारिक देखभालकर्ताओं को समुचित सहयोग प्रदान करना ।
- अपने दैनिक तनाव और बोझ को कम करके पारिवारिक देखभालकर्ताओं के जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करना ।
- पारिवारिक देखभालकर्ताओं के जीवन पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव प्रदर्शित करने वाले शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमों के प्रसार के माध्यम से उनमें आत्मविश्वास और क्षमता का निर्माण ।
- सरकारी और निजी क्षेत्रों के साथ साझेदारी ।
- पारिवारिक देखभाल हेतु युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित करना ।
- देखभालकर्ताओं द्वारा देखभाल करने के तरीकों में गुणवत्ता वृद्धि के प्रयास ।
- देखभालकर्ताओ की आपस में सहयोग व समन्वय बढ़ाने के लिए समय समय पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित करना ।
- देखभालकर्ताओं से जुड़े अन्य कोई भी कार्य करना ।
- Identify the needs of caregivers (persons engaged in care of elderly and sick) and support them – at the local and state level.
- Develop evidence-based research and programs to reduce stress and burden among families, volunteers, and professional caregivers.
- Create courses for caregivers to meet their educational needs for care.
- Implement training and certification programs for caregivers.
- Establish branches of the organization at the state level to raise funds for research, social, and educational programs.
- Provide practical assistance, cooperation, and information to family caregivers.
- Improve the quality of life for family caregivers by reducing daily stress and burden, and building self-confidence and capacity through educational programs.
- Collaborate with government and private sectors.
- Encourage young people to consider family care.
- Increase the quality of caregiving methods among caregivers.
- Organize programs to increase cooperation and coordination among caregivers.
- Engage in any other activities related to supporting caregivers.
